Do I need a VISA to go to Puerto Vallarta?

The Government of Mexico requires that all travelers present a valid passport to enter Mexico. Driver’s licenses, voter registration cards, affidavits and similar documents are not accepted.

In Mexico VISA policy allows citizens of these countries to travel to Mexico without a visa: Andorra, Argentina.
