Casa Vecino Guesthouse in Sayulita is a brand new complex completed in July 2016. Four units can be rented separately or together to provide a great group experience with room for 12 comfortably and up to 15 when using additional bedding. Please note families with well-behaved children 5 years or older are welcome - sorry due to safety concerns and for the peaceful enjoyment of our guests no children under 5 years old.

We are a short 5-10 minute walk to the town plaza and 5-10 minutes walk to the main beach and surf break. Most of the towns best bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance and our south side location allows for a 20-30 minute jungle walk to Playa de Los Muertos which is a great swimming beach, and Playa Carricitos which is beautiful and secluded.
